Worldwide Laser was founded in 1986 by James Souza, the National Service Manager of a major laser manufacturer, after that manufacturer relocated its Arizona headquarters. At the start, Wordwide's only business was SERVICE. Even today, after the company has evolved into a well respected major laser marking systems manufacturer, the corporate management and culture remain based and rooted in service as the priority product we offer.

Since inception, Worldwide Laser has developed an impressive list of national and international service and parts clients who return to Worldwide for quality year after year. Worldwide currently has active clients in ten countries on three continents.

Worldwide has developed a major service organization for TEA CO2, CWCO2, and ND-YAG based laser marking products. Worldwide has sources a wide variety of parts for CO2 and YAG lasers from around the globe. We provide one of the largest inventories of spare parts in North America, and one that alone allows Worldwide Laser to offer on-time delivery of the highest quality components at competitive prices.

Starting in 1990, Worldwide moved from providing only service, parts and repairs to also providing laser marking systems of our own design, with the introduction of the LP2000 series, the LP9000 series of diode & flash lamp YAG lasers. Worldwide provides lasers on a stand alone basis or completely incorporated with parts handlers & assembly lines as turn-key operations. Worldwide Laser stands behind every product with full warranties and offers unlimited free technical support for the life time of the laser systems.

Worldwide Laser has invested in a state of the art order entry and inventory system, including online order entry for customers, and because our order entry and administrative personnel are extensively trained in hands-on laser operations, we process your laser systems, repairs and parts orders with top speed and accuracy.

Worldwide Laser has established a major laser marking job shop with TEA CO2, CWCO2, Diode, and flash lamp ND-YAG laser marking systems. This shop will laser mark limited production runs, sample product runs, or over capacity runs for current and future customers. The operation of a laser marking job shop also ensure that Worldwide service and technical employees are exposed continuously to a hands-on environment of operating the latest generation of lasers and software so that they are always prepared to service your laser systems, and provide technical advice.
