Complete Turn Key Laser Systems

The laser systems division at Worldwide Laser has designed and installed complete turn key laser systems for many customers including the system featured in this newsletter.

The Dial laser station is featured in the video along with a turn key Co2 laser marking station designed for placing custom laser marks on wooden handles at a high rate of production.

The LP9000 Laser System featured here contains

1. Electronic testing station which test the parts for electrical properties
2. Laser station which accepts input from the testing station and marks pass or fail on the part based on the results reported by the testing station
3. Vision system next to laser head which verifies that the laser has correctly laser marked the part based on input from the tester
4. Final station which is a vacuum pick up system on an actuator arm and picks up the part to place in a final product bin or rejected parts bin based on testing and laser marking results
5. System is configured to manual loading of the parts by an operator with ability to provide automation in the future based on production demands via robotic loading of parts
6. The entire system is tied together with custom software which controls all the stations, communication between the stations, and controls dial table movement
